Full Stack Developer RemotePosition Overview:We are looking for a Full Stack Developer to work remotely as part of an Agile support team. Your role will involve supporting digital transformation and the integration of emerging technologies into mission applications. You will also be responsible for maintaining modernized, cloud-based applications in production for U.S. Customs and Border Protection. We are seeking an innovative and creative candidate who can work independently. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Designing, developing, testing, maintaining, and deploying software in the Flutter framework and Dart language Developing user interface components and implementing them by following well-known Flutter workflows and practices. Experience developing web-based applications and services using Java EE, JSP, JDBC, JavaScript, REST, Spring, SQL, React.js Experience with the following technologies: HTML, EXT-JS, AJAX, XML, jQuery, Angular Support tracking and versioning of software in a Git repository. Understanding of unit testing and associated frameworks, e.g. JUnit Experience with Agile Scrum development methodologies Ability to research, design, plan, and implement solutions for challenging problems Support critical business functions through the development, implementation, and maintenance of applications and systems Ability to work well and collaborate with peers in a team-oriented environment Excellent oral and written communication skills Minimum Required Qualifications: Experience developing mobile and browser-based applications Experience with Flutter development frameworks Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related degree with over 5 years actively developing Dart/Flutter application or over 5 years of related work Flutter/Dart experience including system analysis, software design, Java/ Flutter development. Citizenship/Clearance Qualifications:US Citizenship is required. Candidate must be able to obtain DHS Public Trust prior to starting work. CBP Background Investigation requires drug screen prior to starting.
