Role DescriptionDesign, develop, and deploy machine learning models into production environments.Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to translate model requirements into scalable software solutions.Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and identify opportunities for AI-driven solutions.Optimize existing machine learning models for performance and scalability.Implement automated processes for data handling, model training, model validation, and deployment.Maintain and update models regularly to adapt to new data or changes in requirements.Conduct ongoing testing and optimization to ensure model accuracy and performance.Document the development process, architecture, and standard components.
QualificationsMaster’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or related field.Proven experience in developing, deploying, and maintaining machine learning models.Strong proficiency in Python and common machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras.Proven experience with Language Models such as GPT, BERT, and other transformer-based open source models from huggingface.co/models .Knowledge of statistical modeling and data analysis techniquesUnderstanding of deep learning algorithms and architecturesProficiency in data preprocessing and feature engineeringExperience with model evaluation and optimisationAbility to work with large datasets and design scalable solutionsDeep understanding of machine learning algorithms, including deep learning, supervised and unsupervised learning.Demonstrated expertise in prompt engineering, model fine-tuning, and optimization for specific tasks.Experience handling large-scale datasets and familiarity with tools for data manipulation and processing.Deep understanding of natural language processing (NLP) techniques and challenges.Ability to write efficient, clean, and maintainable code.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
