Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred. Relevant certifications or equivalent experience will also be considered.Proficiency in front-end technologies including HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.Experience with popular JavaScript frameworks and libraries such as React.js, AngularJS, or Vue.js.Knowledge of back-end technologies such as Node.js, Python, Ruby on Rails, or PHP.Familiarity with databases and database management systems (DBMS) like MySQL, MongoDB, or PostgreSQL.Understanding of web development tools and technologies like Git, Webpack, and npm.Ability to design responsive and mobile-friendly web layouts using frameworks like Bootstrap or Foundation.Experience working with RESTful APIs and web services.Understanding of web security best practices and techniques.Entry-level positions may require some relevant internship or project experience in web development.Mid-level and senior positions typically demand several years of professional experience in web development roles, along with a portfolio showcasing successful projects.Experience with Agile methodologies and cross-functional team collaboration is often advantageous.Familiarity with design principles and UX/UI concepts is a plus.Knowledge of server-side languages and frameworks like Django, Express.js, or Flask can enhance full-stack development roles.Understanding of cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud Platform, or Microsoft Azure may be necessary for specific positions.Proficiency in web analytics tools such as Google Analytics may be required for roles involving data-driven decision-making.
