Responsibilities

Design, implement, and maintain software applications using Clojure or ClojureScript, adhering to best practices and coding standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and translate them into efficient and scalable Clojure code. Build and maintain web applications using Clojure or ClojureScript, integrating with backend services and databases. Ensure the responsiveness and optimal performance of web applications. Integrate Clojure applications with databases, both relational and NoSQL, using appropriate Clojure libraries. Optimize database queries and transactions for efficiency. Design and implement RESTful APIs using Clojure for seamless integration with other components of the system.

Requirements

3+ years of experience with Clojure. Haskell or Scala are acceptable if Clojure is learned quickly. Experience with functional programming paradigms and conceptsExperience implementing RESTFul services. Familiarity with SQL and relational databases like PostgreSQL, Oracle, or MySQL. Understanding of software development best practices, including version control (Git), testing, and continuous integration. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Advanced English.

Experience with Reagent.
