SSIS Developer

Job Description:As an MSBI (SSIS) Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining SSIS packages and solutions to meet the data integration and ETL requirements of our clients. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand their business needs, develop technical solutions, and ensure the successful delivery of projects.

Key Responsibilities:Develop, deploy, and maintain SSIS packages for various data integration and ETL tasks.Write complex SQL code to extract, transform, and load data from source systems to destination databases.Design and implement data models to support business requirements and ensure data integrity and efficiency.Work with Control M Scheduler for job scheduling, monitoring, and troubleshooting.Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements, provide technical guidance, and deliver solutions that meet their needs.Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress, issues, and risks.Coordinate with offshore teams to drive project delivery, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.Provide technical support and assistance to resolve issues and optimize performance.Qualifications:5+ years of experience in MSBI (SSIS) and MS SQL Server development.Strong proficiency in writing complex SQL code and data modeling.Experience with Control M Scheduler is preferred.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Experience in working directly with clients and managing stakeholders.Ability to work effectively in an onsite/offshore delivery model.
