Mobile Application Developer

ResponsibilitiesLead, mentor, and coach a mobile developers and the QA team using agile methodologies.Design, develop, test, and deploy full-stack mobile applications using Swift, Objective-C, Java, Kotlin, Flutter, or other frameworks.Ensure code quality, maintainability, and adherence to best practices and standards.Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and bugs.Research and evaluate new technologies and trends in the mobile domain.Communicate effectively with stakeholders and provide regular updates on project status and progress.

Requirements:Bachelor's degree in information technology or a related field5+ years of professional experience in mobile development for both iOS and Android platformsProficient in Swift, Objective-C, Java, Kotlin, Flutter, or other frameworksProficiency in .Net , C# or Java is a plus.Experience with RESTful APIs, Firebase, Google Play Services, Apple Developer Tools, etc.Creates and manages CI/CD automation for building, testing, and deploying apps to Apple App Store and Google Play StoreFamiliar with mobile UI/UX design principles and guidelinesStrong knowledge of mobile security, performance optimization, and testing toolsExcellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skillsExperience working in a rapid Agile environment, contributing equally to team projects or working individually on multiple parallel product versions.Minimum 5 years of professional experience using SQL Server 2012 or newer.Strong experience with Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio and related toolsAbility to create, tune, and modify SQL objects, including queries, stored procedures, views, and triggers.Communicating clearly with team members to gather requirements, ensuring goals are aligned and deliverables meet or exceed business expectations.Comfortable and efficient presenting at daily stand-ups with other developers and QA personnelEstimate technical effort required to deliver assigned tasks and deliver as promised.Ability to work in a dynamic, demanding, and challenging business environment.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills & Excellent oral and written communication skills.
