Salesforce Front-End Developer

Job Title: Salesforce Front-End DeveloperDuration: 6 MonthsLocation: RemoteJob Description:We are seeking a skilled and motivated Salesforce Front-End Developer with a strong background in web development to join our team. The ideal candidate should have expertise in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, along with hands-on experience in Salesforce systems, particularly with Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Lightning Design System (LDS). The candidate should be adept at problem-solving, possess excellent communication skills, and have experience with project management tools like JIRA and version control systems like Gitlab.

Responsibilities:Salesforce Development:Update existing stylesheets and create new components using Salesforce Lightning Web Components (LWC) while adhering to the ACCESS design system's custom requirements.Audit existing files and transition in-line or page-specific styling to global stylesheet standards.Collaboration and Communication:Regularly engage with the Design Governance team for stand-ups, approvals, and updates on design requirements.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and understand project requirements and ensure alignment with design standards.Risk Mitigation and Testing:Identify and mitigate implementation risks through proactive collaboration with relevant stakeholders.Conduct regression testing to ensure the stability and integrity of the Salesforce system after updates and changes.Required Skills:Strong proficiency in front-end technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript.Experience with Salesforce systems and a deep understanding of Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Lightning Design System (LDS).Preferred Skills:Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.Proficiency in project management tools such as JIRA and version control systems like Gitlab.Familiarity with Azure DevOps for streamlined development processes.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.Proven experience in Salesforce development and front-end web development.If you are a proactive and detail-oriented individual with a passion for Salesforce development and front-end technologies, we encourage you to apply.
