Job Title: Experienced Sr. Odoo Developer as "Associate Product Manager"

Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled Odoo Developer who can also take on the responsibilities of an Associate Product Manager. In this role, you will be pivotal in managing the Odoo SaaS platform in version 14 while spearheading internal process management projects in Odoo 17. Collaboration with customers will be key, ensuring their success through effective communication and project management. Additionally, you will autonomously lead product management endeavors, driving innovation and enhancing our offerings.

Responsibilities:

• Platform Management: Oversee the smooth operation and performance of the Odoo SaaS platform in version 14, ensuring optimal functionality. - Project Leadership: Lead internal process management projects in Odoo 17, coordinating tasks and priorities with the team to ensure timely delivery. - Customer Support: Provide exceptional support to customers, assisting with store setup and promptly addressing any issues they encounter. - Team Collaboration: Foster productivity and collaboration within the team to meet project deadlines effectively. - Ownership and Accountability: Take ownership of tasks and customer relationships, ensuring all responsibilities are fulfilled to the highest standards. - Version Control: Manage GitHub repositories, facilitating code management and version control. - Server Management: Oversee live and staging server management, optimizing performance and reliability. - Custom Development Develop custom modules and implement client customizations as per their requirements. - Ecommerce Setup: Configure and set up ecommerce websites on the SaaS platform for new customers, integrating necessary features. - Frontend and Backend Development: Utilize expertise in both frontend and backend development to deliver high-quality ecommerce solutions. - Product Management: Independently lead product management initiatives, driving product development and enhancement. - Communication and Liaison: Act as a liaison between the development team and management, effectively communicating updates and agendas. - Innovation and Improvement: Drive innovation and improvements based on market trends and customer feedback. - Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and define product roadmaps. - Performance Analysis: Analyze data and metrics to track product performance and identify areas for optimization. - Stakeholder Engagement: Present product updates and strategies to stakeholders, including management and clients. - Team Mentorship: Mentor junior team members, fostering their growth and development within the organization. - Continuous Learning: Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging technologies, incorporating them into our product offerings.

Requirements:

• 6+ years of experience in Odoo development.- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.- Proficiency in project management and GitHub repository management.- Experience in live server administration and staff management.- Expertise in frontend and backend development, HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, JQuery, JavaScript.- Familiarity with ecommerce website setup and configuration.- Proven track record of successful customer engagements and project deliveries.- Demonstrated experience in product management and driving innovation.- Leadership skills and the ability to effectively convey ideas to stakeholders.- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.- Experience in mentoring and developing team members.- Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making.- Knowledge of industry best practices and emerging technologies.
