Job Title: JavaScript Engineer

Job Description :The JavaScript Engineer will play a critical role in driving innovation and growth for the Banking Solutions business. As a Javascript Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in our web development team creating cutting-edge web applications. You will be responsible for implementing high-quality Android solutions that meet our business objectives and exceed user expectations. Your technical expertise and strategic vision will drive the success of our web projects and contribute to the overall growth of our company.

Lead the development of robust and scalable web applications, ensuring adherence to best practices and industry standards.Implement high-quality codebase using react, angular, web components and third-party libraries.Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to translate business requirements into technical solutions and drive product innovation.Drive continuous improvement initiatives in development processes, code quality, performance optimization, and software architecture.Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in Android development, evaluate new technologies/tools, and make informed recommendations for adoption.Participate in cross-functional meetings, sprint planning, and agile ceremonies to ensure alignment on project goals, timelines, and deliverables.Champion a culture of innovation, creativity, and excellence within the Web development team, fostering collaboration and a positive work environment.

Location: Remote

Salary Range: The salary for this position is between $ 135K- 136K annually. Factors that may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
