Oracle HCM Developer

Maxonic maintains a close and long-term relationship with our direct client. In support of their needs, we are looking for a Oracle HCM Developer.

Responsibilities:Gathering requirements, fit gap analysis, optimizing business processes, functional design, configuring, testing and supporting HR systems. Proving optimal solutions having a big picture in mind.Providing functional design and guiding the technical team to ensure the solution built aligns with the business needs. Works as a liaison between technical team and business users. Generating quick reports and analyzing employee data to ensure data integrity and support basic requests from business.

Key Skill Set:Functional Analyst with Oracle HCM Cloud (Oracle Fusion) expertise in Core HR module. Experience in Fusion Security, Compensation (Grade step progression) and Payroll modules is a plus. Very strong background working on Oracle Fusion Core setups and Employee data (work relationships, assignments, seniority dates, salary, grade/steps, payroll relationships etc.)Experience configuring approval flows, seniority dates, working on transaction console, autocomplete rules and using HSDL loaders.Ability to write sql queries and analyze data. OTBI and BI Publisher reporting.Familiarity with Collective Agreements setups and experience supporting collectively bargained employees is a huge plus.
