Fullstack Developer - Lead

Role Overview:

Looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer with over 10 years of experience to lead development team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in one core language and possess strong familiarity with other technologies. They will have extensive experience in React JS, NodeJS, and/or Python, with a proven track record of building robust, scalable applications. In addition to technical expertise, the Senior Full Stack Developer will be responsible for understanding business requirements and collaborating with other teams to ensure alignment.

Key Responsibilities:

-Lead a team of 4 Full Stack Developers and DevOps professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and technical expertise.-Develop high-quality, scalable code using a combination of front-end and back-end technologies.-Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.-Drive the development process from conception to deployment, ensuring high-speed delivery and adherence to project timelines.-Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends, recommending innovative solutions to enhance our products and processes.-Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement within the development team.

Requirements:

-Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.-10+ years of experience as a Full Stack Developer, with a strong focus on both front-end and back-end development.-Proficiency in at least one core language (e.g., JavaScript, Python, etc.) and familiarity with other relevant technologies.-Extensive experience with React JS, NodeJS, and/or Python, along with knowledge of related frameworks and libraries.-Proven leadership experience, with the ability to lead and inspire a team of developers and DevOps professionals.-Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to troubleshooting technical issues.-Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.-Experience working in a startup environment with high-speed delivery capabilities is highly desirable.
