Local Richmond candidates or candidates willing to relocate toRichmond due to onsite work requirementWeb Cam and ONSITE interviewsCandidates must be willing and able to work onsite 2 days/week for the firstcouple of weeks, and 1-2 days/week thereafter.Assignment to be extended beyond 6/30, possibly 24 monthsContractor will be responsible for purchasing parking throughVDOT's Parking Management Office or procuring their own parkingExperienced PL/SQL developer with skills in Oracle codingMust also have ability to do data analysis, develop requirements and datamodels.Must have background in application backend support, Oracle PL/SQL and MS SQLserver development.Must have background in building interfaces between business applications.Experience working in Agile/Scrum process is highly desired.Ability to communicate with business users and developers an absolute must.Clear communication skills - written and oral is REQUIRED.
