Role DescriptionThis is a full-time remote role for a Technical Lead Developer. The Technical Lead Developer will be responsible for overseeing and managing the technical aspects of software development projects. This includes coding, testing and implementation, as well as database and application integration. The Technical Lead Developer will collaborate with team members, ensure project timelines are met, and ensure that the team adheres to development standards and best practices.

QualificationsProficiency in Software Development, Programming, and Database Management5+ years of experience in React JS and Node JS is required.Experience in technical team leadership and project managementExperience with Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) and other front-end development technologiesExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesExperience with Agile software development methodologiesBachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or relevant fieldExperience in startups, scaleups, or humanitarian organizations is a plus
