Title: IT Developer Duration: 12 Months

Note: This position is a remote position and are onsite only when needed San Francisco, CA

Job Description: Experience developing data integration solutions using Talend ESB and ETL. Knowledge and hands on experience with cloud applications, Azure, Java/J2EE, SQL, HTML, Java Script, XML, XLST, XSD, XPath, SOAP, FTP. Provide subject matter expertise in preparation of documentation for projects including requirements, architecture and design documents, test plans, deployment, and operational guides. Participation in technical assessments and reviews to validate the technical approach for systems integration for enterprise initiatives. Performing unit and integration testing for all developed applications, as well as providing technical and functional testing support. Ability to troubleshoot complex system issues, provide root cause analysis, resolve issues and testing support of production issues. Provide production and operations support. Providing level of effort estimates for enhancement requests. Identifying items for application improvement. Working with a hosting provider to support a hosted system. Additional Skills/Qualifications Desired: Ability to present technical ideas/ concepts to internal and external teams. Experience performing work similar to the work specified within with government agencies or public bodies.
