Job Overview:We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer to join our remote team dedicated to the Markets Equity area within a leading Corporate Investment Banking division. This role requires comprehensive expertise in both front-end and back-end development, focusing on deploying and maintaining Java applications along with front-end frameworks.Key Responsibilities:Develop and maintain applications using AngularJS, Angular (versions 12 to 15), and Java (Java 1.8 and Spring Boot).Utilize Tomcat, Maven, and microservices architecture for backend service development.Implement and manage deployments on Openshift and AWS cloud environments.Maintain robust version control with GitHub and manage continuous integration processes using Jenkins.Optimize SQL queries and manage databases, particularly with DB2-UDB.Collaborate within an Agile environment, utilizing methodologies such as SCRUM or KANBAN, and tools like JIRA and Confluence.Technical Requirements:Strong proficiency with AngularJS, Angular (versions 12 to 15), JavaScript, TypeScript, Java (version 1.8), and Spring Boot.Familiarity with Tomcat, Maven, and microservices architectures.Proficiency in using Openshift, AWS, GitHub, and Jenkins for deployment and continuous integration.Expertise in SQL, particularly with optimization of queries, views, and stored procedures.Professional Experience:Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in full-stack development, preferably in a banking or financial services environment.Experience in Cash Equities Middle-Office/Back-Office or similar environments highly desirable.Familiarity with SWIFT protocol and interfaces with clearing houses like EuroCCP and BME Clearing.Soft Skills:Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.High level of proactivity, with a knack for anticipating needs and executing solutions.Ability to perform effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.Language Requirements:English proficiency at least at B2 level (Upper-Intermediate).Spanish proficiency is advantageous but not required.
