Python Developer (API)

What We’re Looking For:Required Skills & Experience: Demonstrated ability to participate in a global software engineering team while working closely with product management, quality assurance, and business analysts.Hands-on experience developing with Python and frameworks such as FastAPI, Flask, DjangoDevelopment experience with AWSAwareness about CI/CD, JenkinsExperience working with SQL technologies such as PostgreSQL, Oracle, or equivalent.Experience working with Docker.Exposure to programming languages like .Net, Java is a plus.Proven experience working with an Agile framework mindset.Desire to work with a highly collaborative team located onshore and offshore.Strong interpersonal and written communication skills Basic Qualifications: B.S. in Computer Science or a related technical field with 7+ years' experience in software engineering.Knowledge of professional software engineering practices, including complete software development life cycles, coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations.Hands-on experience with API development and support.Fundamental knowledge of data types, data structures, data sets, data access, and software design patternsExperience with DevOps practices and modern CI/CD deployment models using Jenkins/AnsibleExperience with testing patterns and best practices along with software security best practicesStrong knowledge of HTML and web frameworks.Knowledge of database technologies such as SQL Server, Oracle, or MySQL.Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.Nice to have experience with modern front-end technologies such as React, Redux, and Webpack is good to have.
