Description:

As a Junior Java Cloud Developer, you will play a crucial role in developing, implementing, and maintaining cloud-based applications using Java and related technologies. You will collaborate with a team of experienced developers and contribute to the design and architecture of our cloud solutions.

Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain scalable and secure cloud-based applications using Java and related frameworks. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and contribute to the design and architecture of cloud solutions. Write clean and efficient code, following best practices and coding standards. Troubleshoot and resolve application defects and issues. Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to coding standards. Work closely with senior developers and architects to implement new features and enhancements. Stay up to date with the latest cloud technologies and trends in Java development.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field. Solid understanding of Java programming language and object-oriented design principles. Knowledge of cloud computing concepts and technologies, preferably with experience in one or more cloud platforms such as Amazon Web Services (AWS), Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP). Familiarity with Java frameworks such as Spring Boot or Jakarta EE. Experience with database technologies like SQL and NoSQL databases. Understanding of RESTful APIs and web services. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and grow in cloud development.

Preferred Qualifications:

Previous experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes. Knowledge of microservices architecture. Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools. Experience with version control systems such as Git.
