Role Overview:As a Senior React Native Engineer, you'll lead the development of high-quality mobile applications for IOS and Android platforms. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new features, set technical standards, and drive performance optimization. Responsibilities🎯:Develop, enhance, and maintain mobile apps with React Native.Lead architecture, design, and development using React Native, Jetpack Compose, and Coroutines.Set technical standards and best coding practices.Coach engineers and drive optimization efforts. Requirements🎯:4+ years of React Native development experience.Proficient in React Native framework and JavaScript.Strong understanding of mobile UI design principles.Experience with state management (Redux/MobX) and RESTful APIs.Familiarity with CI/CD processes and Git.Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Other Capabilities🎯:Native mobile development experience (IOS/Android) is a plus.Familiarity with CI/CD tools like Bitrise or GitHub Actions.Experience with A/B Testing, Feature Flags, and mass customer mobile apps.Certifications in related fields are preferred.
