Dev Technology is seeking a skilled and experienced Senior UiPath Developer to join our dynamic team. As a Senior UiPath Developer, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, implementing, and maintaining automation solutions using UiPath. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders to analyze business processes, identify automation opportunities, and deliver efficient and effective automation solutions that streamline workflows and enhance productivity.

What You'll Be Doing: Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and identify automation opportunitiesDesign, develop, and implement automation solutions using the UiPath platform, adhering to best practices and coding standardsLead the development and deployment of UiPath robots, workflows, and automation processesCustomize and configure UiPath components such as robots, orchestrator, and studio to meet specific business needsIntegrate automation solutions with existing systems and applications, ensuring seamless operation and data flowConduct thorough testing of automation solutions to ensure accuracy, reliability, and performanceProvide technical guidance and support to junior developers and project team membersCollaborate with cross-functional teams including business analysts, project managers, and IT support staff to deliver successful automation projectsStay updated on the latest UiPath features, tools, and technologies, and evaluate their potential for implementationParticipate in code reviews, documentation, and knowledge-sharing sessions to ensure high-quality deliverables and maintainable solutions

Required Education, Experience, and Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related fieldProven experience as a UiPath Developer, with at least 7 years of experience in designing, developing, and implementing automation solutions using the UiPath platformStrong proficiency in UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, and other UiPath componentsSolid understanding of RPA (Robotic Process Automation) concepts, principles, and best practicesExperience with programming languages such as C#, VB.NET, or PythonExcellent problem-solving skills and attention to detailStrong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levelsAbility to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environmentExperience with Agile development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)

Preferred Education, Experience, and Skills: UiPath certification(s) such as UiPath Certified Advanced Developer
