Job Summary:Join a high-growth, VC-backed startup as a Senior Unity AR Developer leading the development of innovative Augmented Reality applications focused on quality inspection within the manufacturing industry. This pivotal role demands advanced expertise in Unity, deep learning, and computer vision, ideally with experience in top-tier tech companies like Meta, Microsoft, or Google.

Key Responsibilities:Design and develop state-of-the-art AR applications for manufacturing quality control, utilizing the latest computer vision and deep learning technologies.Lead cross-functional teams to define, design, and deploy sophisticated AR solutions.Integrate AR systems with live manufacturing data to enhance metrics and analytics.Optimize applications for maximum performance, scalability, and reliability.Mentor and guide junior developers, conduct thorough code reviews, and uphold best development practices.Remain abreast of the latest trends in AR/VR technology, integrating innovative research and developments into ongoing projects.

Required Skills:Expert-level skills in Unity and Apple ARKit.Strong background in C#, Objective-C, and AR application development.Profound understanding of 3D mathematics, computer graphics, and advanced computer vision techniques.Proven experience with AI methodologies, particularly in deep learning applied to AR/VR contexts.Proven leadership abilities in managing technical teams and complex projects.

Preferred Qualifications:Master’s or higher degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, with a focus on AR/VR, AI, or computer vision.Demonstrable experience in AR application development for industrial sectors, especially manufacturing.Research and development background in innovative computer vision techniques, such as iJEPA and VJEPAs.Previous publications or project involvement under renowned AI industry experts.Knowledge of IoT, cloud services, and advanced machine learning frameworks.
