Project Scope:Enhancing capabilities in MyPrime – web portalTeam Size & Breakdown:Still figuring out exactly where these new resources will fit in , 5-6 current AEM DevelopersHave MyPrime daily standups at 9:30 AM CST, but resources are spread throughout all time zones (OK with this)High-Level Individual Duties:Modification of internal Web Portal called MyPrimeAEM workMostly backend but a good amount of frontend development as wellAround 70% backend to 30% frontendMust-Haves (Concepts & Tools):AEM – at least three years of experienceJava, REST, Spring for backend developmentHTML, Javascript, CSS, React or Angular for frontend developmentWhat will Win:PBM/healthcare experience Liferay/AWS experience for candidates that can convert to FTE =====================================================================================================================================AEM Developer – REMOTE WORKWe have an immediate long-term opportunity with one of our prime clients for a position of AEM Developer to work on remote basis.Purpose:The Software Engineer Lead IT is responsible for leading the design of technology solutions to ensure they meet all resiliency, stability, non-functional, functional and operational readiness use cases.This position is responsible for owning the technology solutions within their area, including proactive monitoring and alerting, technological roadmap and communication of overall health and future sustainability.Responsibilities:Lead design to ensure technology solutions meet all resiliency, stability, non-functional, functional and operational readiness use cases.Lead ongoing development, maintenance and support of existing systems and platforms.Manage work direction, lead, influence, and provide feedback to other team members.Participate in staffing plans to identify subject matter experts (SMEs) and provide feedback for staff performance reviews.Own technology solutions within area, including proactive monitoring and alerting, technological roadmap and communication of overall health and future sustainability.Drive innovation and continuous improvement.Other duties as assigned.Minimum Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related area of study, or equivalent combination of education and/or relevant work experience; High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.Full stack - front and back-end experienceFront End Technologies – HTML, JavaScript, JQuery, CSS, any CSS frameworks such as SASS and Front-end frameworks such as ReactJava, JSP, Git, Spring, JPA, SQL, REST servicesExperience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) – minimum 3 years5 years of experience with application development or package software implementation.Ability to manage work direction and lead, influence, mentor, and provide feedback to others within the team.Must be eligible to work in the United States without need for work visa or residency sponsorship.Additional Qualifications:Established presenter of technical and non-technical material adapted to the respective audience.Ability to transition abstract concepts into stable and supportable software solutions.Ability to develop unbiased options and recommendations to technical problems and unbiased comparisons.Strong problem-solving and analysis skills.Strong traits of decisiveness and judgment.Ability to drive innovation and be forward thinking.Excellent documentation skills.Preferred Qualifications:Experience working in an environment with regulatory compliance requirements (HIPAA, PCI, etc.).Previous experience working an in Agile/Product Delivery model.Previous experience in PBM / health care industry.Understanding of security implications of domain.Comfortable leading and mentoring others.Minimum Physical Job Requirements:Ability to travel up to 5% of the time.
