Company DescriptionBlinka develops a customizable loan origination software specifically for non-bank lenders in the U.S. Our platform helps lenders automate their processes, create automated credit lines, and customize lending workflows using AI and APIs. Our goal is to reduce manual work by 60%, making the lending process more efficient and adaptable.

Role DescriptionAs a Full-stack Developer at Blinka, you will be responsible for both the front-end and back-end development of our web application's feature development and iterations. You will handle the development lifecycle, ensuring the applications are functional, performant, and user-friendly. And, will collaborate with the team to design, develop, and deploy new features and enhancements to software.

ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain web application features.Collaborate directly with the founding team to design and implement new features.Ensure the quality and integrity of the codebase.Debug and upgrade existing systems.Participate in and contribute to team development practices.Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.

QualificationsStrong experience in full-stack web development.Proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL), Python (Django), and JavaScript (React).Experience with cloud services and deploying cloud-based applications.Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.High level of proficiency in English, both written and verbal.Ability to work both independently and within a team.Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.Experience with no-code platforms and startup environments is a plus.
