Requirements

As a result of our incredible success and growth, we are looking for a Webflow Developer to join us on a 6 month FTC or Contracter basis.

Working within a cross functional team, you will interact with the likes of Product Management, Data, Product Marketing, Engineering, Account managers and Agile enablement. To continuously improve our product design, based on user feedback, stakeholder feedback and data.

You'll be able to quickly identify issues, sketch and prototype ideas and solutions assessing their viability, and design the fine - grained details of components, interactions and transitions.

Conduct user research, identifying user needs. Testing and iterating, based on feedback and dataCollaborate with the Head of Product & Product Design to create prototypesLiaise with the engineers within your squad to develop high quality and scalable solutionsContribute to design systems, principles, workflows and playbookWork to our visual and UX patterns to ensure a consistent and intuitive experience, suggesting changes or improvements when necessaryWorking on the dashboard and design for our B2B product
