Role & Responsibilities: Develop and maintain mobile solutions to the defined requirements.As part of a team, work collaboratively to design new components or enhancements to existing functions.Provide detailed technical and professional advice in relation to complex problems, including presentations and walk throughs.Collaborate with design and business stakeholders to provide optimal solution to meet business requirements.Contribute to the team with ideas for continuous improvement.Manage the relationship with relevant technical teams to ensure effective communication leading to prompt resolution of issues;Participate and provide updates in daily stand-up meetings facilitated by Project Manager. Essential Criteria: Excellent technical skills in mobile development, using MAUI and Microsoft technologies.Experience in developing cross-platform apps on iOS, Android and Windows.Strong C# understandingAbility to discuss technical issues/solutions with both technical and non-technical staff, to lead system development.Understanding of mobile development, testing environments and deployment scenariosExcellent business facilitation and presentation skillsGood written and oral communication skillsAbility to research new tools and techniquesExperience with agile methodologies

Tool used: Visual StudioMAUI, Xamarin Forms, UWPAzure Devops pipelinesGit - SourcetreeMicrosoft Office (Word, Excel, Visio)Nuget Skills & Attributes:Excellent oral and written communication skills;Proven ability and commitment to work collaboratively with all stakeholders towards common goals;Possess effective planning and problem-solving skills to focus on delivering a quality outcomes;Multi-tasking attitude, equally comfortable operating from within both the technology & business environments;Experience in the Agile/SAFe team development methodology to support co-design and facilitation of daily interaction with key business and technical representatives.Experience working in an Agile transformation program of work.Highly motivated and the ability to work with limited supervision and achieve results.
