Lead Dotnet Developer

The Senior .Net Developer position (7+ year of experience in .Net development) isresponsible for performing complex programming and system design tasks to support the business systems. Activitiesinclude designing, developing, testing, documenting, implementing, and maintaining software applications. In addition,the Senior .Net Developer position requires the ability to lead more junior Programmer/Analysts to accomplish tasksand serve as a technical lead in larger development projects.Responsibilities:* Analyze systems, design, and implementation tactics across aspects of a project.* Write and test computer programs from specifications.* Responsible for the creation and execution of Code Unit Test cases for each coding assignment.* Perform tasks according to and in support of the Software Development Life-Cycle (SDLC).* Responsible for solving technical problems for a project. Software coding is the primary responsibility.* Write documents for project progress reports, and code documentation. These documents may communicatehighly complex information to individuals who may or may not be technically oriented.* Understands complex programming techniques including, but not limited to, database connectivity,programming languages, standards, methods and tools.* Provide system level analysis, design, and documentation in support of programming tasks assigned.* Act as a technical lead/resource to all members of the Application Development team and appropriate businessusers.* Actively coordinate tasks with other developers, Application Development team members, non-IS team projectmembers or third parties to resolve issues and ensure the proper flow of information to the project team andApplication Development management.* Promote the company culture by approaching each day with a team-oriented and can-do attitude.* Responsible for communicating the status of tasks assigned to the Manager of the project.* Develop a detailed knowledge of multiple department’s products, applications and processes.* Assist in the support of the company’s production and test databases and servers.

• Actively participate in and lead team meetings to communicate development methods to the applicationsdevelopment team in an effort to share knowledge.* Actively participate in and lead code reviews to assist other team members with potential trouble areas and toensure that we are producing the highest quality software.* Actively participate in identifying new development techniques that will shorten the development time,increase the accuracy of our system and reports, and reduce the number of issues received in the department.* Review industry journals and sources to identify trends that the Application Development team needs to beaware of and distribute that information through team meetings or email.* Identify processes or procedures within Application Development and in the greater organization that couldbecome more efficient and communicate the information to the management team.* Conform to company safety and security policies and practices and promote a secure and safe workenvironment. Full compliance with Direct Group policy and procedures is a non-negotiable requirement for thisand all positions.* Perform other duties as assigned by Supervisor/Manager

Key Skills:* Full stack development experience with .NET Core, C#, ASP.NET MVC, Web API (5+ years of experience).* Very good understanding and working experience in Entity Framework.* Must be very strong in UI framework (Angular 2+) with 2+ years of experience.* Good understanding of core JavaScript and OOJS concepts.* Working experience in Web services (SOAP/Restful) integration, failure analysis etc.* Hands-on development experience using JavaScript, HTML5, CSS 3, AJAX, JSON, Bootstrap, Angular 2+.* SQL Server* Understanding of back-end technologies.* Good Communication and analytic skills* Ability to manage a team and fulfill their technical needs.* Critical thinker and problem-solving skills* Good time-management skills* Great interpersonal and communication skills.* Ability to work independently and creatively with a minimum of direct supervision.* Ability to communicate and work effectively with others, especially non-technical users, and utilize persuasionand teamwork relationships.* Ability to plan, organize, implement, identify problems and resolutions, adjust, and evaluate work performedby self in a complex and dynamic work environment.* The most challenging aspect of this position involves designing and developing software applications in adynamic working environment requiring a quick response with customer-driven deliverables.* Communicate requirements and program design with all levels within the company.* Communicate with external resources to coordinate development efforts to resolve issues and ensure proper
