Our mission is to design and develop software solutions for our customers, collaborating with them starting from their problems, defining together solutions and alternatives, implementing software solutions and integrating them, and finally supporting the customers till and after the launch of the system – www.reply.com Key tasks and responsibilities:Collect requirements through interviews, analysis documents, meetings (workshops), use cases, scenarios, business analyses, task and workflow analysis;Proactively communicate and collaborate with external and internal partners and customers to analyze information needs and functional requirements and deliver the following documents, if necessary: Functional Requirements, Business Requirement Documents, Use Cases, Screen and Interface Design;Develop technical specifications based on the requirements of development and/or modification of the solution;Collaborate with developers and experts in the field (subject matter) to analyze usability & performance needs and establish technical vision;Assist colleagues within the project team in all phases of the process of developing, testing and implementing new functionalities;Prepare the development documents, according to the approved standards, completing the sections you are responsible for, as an analyst, in collaboration with the other teams;Develop applications according to specified specifications;Perform the parameterization activities within the reporting solution; build the technical deliverables necessary for putting into production the changes in the business parameters of the system operation;Provide technical assistance, upon request, for IT staff in support and production areas; draw up, if necessary, the analysis documents necessary to solve the escalated incidents;Constantly document the functionalities developed in the solution;Ensure the maintenance of functional documentation of the reporting solution;You are involved in defining and identifying solutions to validate the consistency of the reported information, in defining and implementing the appropriate processes as well as in qualifying the identified data quality defects;Collaborate with the project team and business beneficiaries in developing and validating test cases. Skills and competencies:Higher education, preferably in the field of information technology;Minimum 3 years experience in a financial institution or relevant knowledge about banking and banking products/services;Previous experience in a similar position (IT Business Analyst, CFO/CRO Analyst, DW Analyst, Report Analyst, etc.) is an advantage;SAS programming experience: SAS Base, SAS Data Integration (minimum 3 years);Experience in working with databases (Oracle, MS SQL, DB2);Knowledge of SAS programming, SAS Base, SAS Data Integration;Database Knowledge: ORACLE, SQL, PLSQL;English fluently (both written and spoken).
