Lead Java Developer

JOB DESCRIPTION:- Java Developer.Experience:- 5 Years to 8 Years.Shift Timing:- 2 PM to 11 PM (IST).Work Location:- Remote (WFH).

In the role of Senior Lead Engineer, the Candidate will -1.Be a skillful developer with strong coding, debugging, heap dump analysis and process flow design experience.2.Adept at analyzing SQL data structures for performance and problem resolution.3.Have and understanding of MS/Word marcos and their use.4.Be able to provide support of Apache Web and Tomcat Application servers.5.Be able to work independently or as part of a team on assigned tasks.6.Work with both internal and client teams on support issues and assigned projects. 7.Participate as a member of the On-Call support team.

All About You:-At least 5 years’ experience in a Software development role utilizing Java and related technologies:Core Java/J2EEJSPHibernateSpring*Web Services (RESTFul and/or SOAP)

Strong MS/SQL knowledge and thorough understanding of relational data structures.Thorough understanding and ability to contribute to technical solutions from design to delivery.Experience managing the delivery of system/software changes in a structured environment.Thorough understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle and commonly used project management methodologies such as Agile and Waterfall.Ability to capture requirements, perform analysis and develop process improvement approachesAbility to prioritize and carry out multiple tasks.Excellent communication skills and experience working with external clients.Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.Ability to produce quality work within an aggressive schedule.Bachelor’s degree or global equivalent required.Knowledge of and experience in the Insurance industry (Life/Health/Annuities) is a PlusSpecific experience in Life/Health/Annuity Claims/Medicare Supplemental is a Major PlusExperience interfacing with legacy systems is a Plus
