The role: I'm on the lookout for a Lead Frontend Developer to step in and lead the team by example, both in coding practice and quality! As the Lead Frontend Developer, you’ll be expected to be hands-on with new developments for your clients, while advising them on potential issues, technology limitations, as well as making recommendations on what they could potentially add.

You’ll also be coaching and mentoring the more junior members of the team, to make sure they’re hitting the expectations set by both you and the CTO.

Experience you'll need:

• Experience in leading development on Magento eCommerce based projects• Mentoring or coaching junior team members on both best practice and code reviews. • Ideally will have experience working within an agency previously. • Experience in either Adobe (AEM) would be a nice to have!
