Though this posting is for upcoming opportunities, we are typically seeking consultants with the following skillsets:

Minimum of 10+ years of experience in software development, with at least 2+ years spent in a lead or senior role.Mastery of both front-end and back-end technologies. Comfortable working with frameworks like React or Angular for front-end development and .Net Core or .Net Framework for back-end development (with strong knowledge in C#).A strong understanding of cloud platforms like Azure or AWS.Expertise in database management systems like SQL Server, MySQL, or PostgreSQL. Capable of designing efficient database schemas, optimizing queries, and ensuring data integrity.Strong leadership skills, the ability to communicate effectively and collaboratively, and experience guiding and mentoring.Experience working in Agile or Scrum environments comfortable working with iterative development, sprint planning, and delivering incremental updates.Ability to analyze complex problems, propose innovative solutions, and troubleshoot issues efficiently.
