Henry Hire Solutions is in search of a skilled Web Developer to join us on a contract basis, specifically to finalize the development of our website and spearhead the implementation of new integrations for our hiring processes. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality solutions that enhance our online presence and streamline our hiring procedures.
Responsibilities:Lead the completion of website development, ensuring all features and functionalities align with project requirements.Collaborate with internal teams to identify integration needs for our hiring processes and design solutions that improve efficiency and effectiveness.Test and debug integrations to ensure seamless functionality and optimal performance.Provide technical expertise and guidance to junior developers or team members involved in the project.Document development processes, including codebase, configurations, and integration specifications.
Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).3+ years of experience in web development, with a strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and relevant frameworks/libraries.Proven track record of successfully completing website development projects, preferably in a commercial or corporate environment.Experience with system integration and API development, including the ability to architect and implement robust solutions.Familiarity with hiring processes and HR systems is advantageous.Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues independently.Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, with a proactive approach to team interactions and project management.
