What We’re Looking For:We are seeking a Team Lead to join our #teambyte. As a key member of our team, you'll tackle a variety of challenges, utilizing Laravel/PHP and Vue/React to develop cutting-edge web applications that meet our stringent standards for security, quality, and performance.

Your Role:Lead and mentor a team of developers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.Architect and develop various services and APIs vital to our projects.Oversee the entire development lifecycle, from concept to deployment.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and deliverables.Stay current with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our development processes.Employ SOLID principles and Test Driven Development to ensure code is maintainable and well-documented.Work closely with the team to align technical solutions with business needs.Design and implement cloud-based solutions, predominantly on AWS, for scalability and efficiency.Ensure the security and integrity of applications through robust coding and architecture practices.Ensure applications are fast, responsive, and secure.

Qualifications:Experience: Minimum 5+ years of experience in web development.Proficient in Vanilla PHP and Laravel: Strong understanding of Laravel's ecosystem, OOP, MVC architecture, and related technologies.Front-End Skills: Strong in HTML, CSS/Sass, JavaScript/TypeScript, and familiar with frameworks like Vue.js or React.Experience in designing and developing responsive and interactive web applications.Testing and APIs: Experience with automated testing (e.g., PHPUnit, PEST) and API development (RESTful services).Database Management: Skilled in SQL, preferably with MySQL or PostgreSQL, and knowledgeable in database design and optimization.Version Control: Proficient with Git.Soft Skills: Good communication with proficiency in English (Ability to communicate with clients and understand requirements), problem-solving abilities, and time management skills.Agile Development: Familiar with Agile methodologies and practices, and with project management tools (Jira, Asana, Trello).Leadership and Project Management: Ability to lead development teams, scope projects, and estimate project deliverables, timelines, and costs effectively.Ability to work flexibly across different time zones.
