About the opportunity As a Ruby on Rails Developer, you will not just be coding, you will be engineering business solutions. With a significant focus on backend development, your role will be pivotal in developing and enhancing large-scale features for Workcloud. Your day-to-day will involve iterating our system to meet evolving regulatory demands and user needs.

Skills And Experience We Value
Experienced: You have at least 3 years of Ruby on Rails expertise and are proficient with TDD.Communicative: Fluent in English.Technically Versatile: Proficient in our tech stack (Ruby on Rails, MySQL, jQuery, Kubernetes), and you have a knack for building aesthetically pleasing UIs with SASS.Innovative Thinker: You consider system performance integral to your development process.
