Voip/Asterisk/Freepbx Developer

Bitrion LLC is a comprehensive solutions provider specializing in IP Core Networking, Unified Communications, and Cyber Security.

We are seeking to develop our own custom Asterisk/Freepbx image internally. This involves modifying the kernel for the OS/Asterisk to suit our specific business requirements. We are looking for an experienced individual who is proficient in programming, backend development, Linux, and building software from the ground up. The desired outcome is to create a custom image akin to 'Pbx in flash,' 'Trixbox,' 'Elastix,' and similar platforms.

Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site position for a VOIP Asterisk FreePBX Developer. The primary responsibility is to construct a tailored Asterisk open source image, resulting in a customized image that aligns with our organization's objectives.

QualificationsProficient in Asterisk/Freepbx systemsExperience with Linux and Asterisk DialplanProficiency in Computer Science and Back-End Web DevelopmentExpertise in SIP/IAX protocolsFamiliarity with Object-Oriented Programming (OOP)Ability to design and develop VoIP applications using Asterisk and FreePBXPrevious experience with PBX setup on Linux systemsUnderstanding of communication protocols and networking principlesStrong problem-solving skills and attention to detailAbility to collaborate effectively in a team environmentExcellent written and verbal communication skills.
