Project Description:Projects are found in the most evolving area of the Investment Banking domain - Asset Management. Business is dynamic and it demands fast turn-around deliverables from the development team in a quite agile manner. Migration of Corporate Functions like HR, Finance, and Audit Integration for one of the biggest Asset Management companies in the world.Responsibilities:• You will be responsible for the area of code migration to the new infrastructure with parallel refactoring. The project is not a full-fledged development from scratch work for.NET.• Code deployment in all environments, including production• The QA team with technical understanding, bugfixing, and demo• Documentation of code modules and respective functionality, which will be further handed over to L2 team• Ownership/accountability of delivering quality and functionality within technologysystems to meet business needs. This includes making good design and implementation decisions• Proactively engage with business and technology stakeholders to ensure delivery goals are met.• Undertake work to reduce risks and technical debt, and increase system robustness and quality• Mentor junior staff in development activities (there are no direct reports for this role)• Proactively identify, manage, and escalate risk events.• Understand and follow the Bank's technology policies• Produce and maintain technology documentation.• On occasion, provide second-line supportMandatory Skills Description:You should have deep experience in .Net at the level enough to do the reverse engineering and propose refactoring solutions with 7+ years development experience• C#/.NET/• Experience with enterprise-level applications• Experience in delivering in an Agile SDLC• Strong OOP and Agile development experience• Proven analytical and problem-solving skills.• Demonstrated excellence in written and verbal communication.• Willingness to learn and deliver innovative solutions.• Self-starter and independent worker• Ability to work within a teamNice-to-Have Skills:MS SQL experience is a differentiator
