Should be familiar with objects & manipulation of variable data.• Working knowledge of SQL (for database reads and ETL. Proficiency is not required)• Familiarity with XML concepts ( XML is a limited subset of XML usage – proficiency is not required)• Excel experience – needed for requirements and database concepts• Troubleshooting proficiency (When given a set of circumstances, identify a cause)Some characteristics that we would like this individual to have are:• Comfortable with ambiguity• Driven self-starter• Proactive• Curious and eager to learn• Willing to jump in and help the team wherever needed• Critical thinker and natural problem solver• Cerebral-understand, compartmentalize, and act on a lot of information• Customer centric thinker• Manufacturing experience is a plus but not required
