Operations Support Specialist - Backend Laravel Developer

Are you a PHP and Laravel Vapor virtuoso looking for your next big challenge? We are seeking a dedicated Operations Support Specialist to join our Operations team. This role focuses on supporting operational effectiveness by addressing tasks such as investigating data inconsistencies, monitoring syncing processes, making minor feature adjustments, and creating data integrations with clients. This position is integral to maintaining the smooth operation of our backend systems and does not involve product development tasks.

Here's a snapshot of the core responsibilities:Investigate and resolve data inconsistencies across various systems.Monitor and troubleshoot syncing processes to ensure optimal performance.Implement small feature adjustments to enhance operational workflows.Develop and maintain data integrations with clients, ensuring reliable data exchange.Collaborate with team members to identify and resolve operational issues.Continuously improve operations by updating and refining processes.Reporting to stakeholders (head of ops, head of product)

To excel in this role, we'd love to see the following skills and qualifications:Strong communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey complex information.Above average skills in PHP Laravel backend development.Familiarity with PHPUnit testing frameworks.High proficiency in SQL, capable of complex queries and database management.Adaptability to learn and utilize a variety of systems and technologies.Understanding of Java

We get especially excited about the following qualifications:Experience in server administration and knowledge of AWS services.Background in compliance and security; however, training in these areas can be provided.Additional certifications or experience in system security and data compliance are considered a plus.Experience with Grafana is a plus
