Full Stack Django developer

Client makes the ICE-EV transition an easy button for fleet and other customers through a market-pioneering charging technology platform that is highly reliable, leverages grid-edge intelligence, and is truly interoperable.

Simplifying transport electrification with pioneering ML-based asset optimization platform & concurrent, dynamic charging technology that disrupts the technical & commercial barriers in the transition to electron-fuel.

Responsibilities:Work closely with a small team of dedicated individuals to ideate, develop, and deploy Django-based web applications.Take ownership of key features and functionalities, from conceptualization to implementation.Build automated Unit and E2E tests and document manual testing with detailed user flows.Collaborate with designers and product managers to translate user requirements into technical solutions.Implement responsive and intuitive user interfaces using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.Design and optimize database schemas to ensure scalability and performance.Proactively identify and address technical challenges to maintain product quality and reliability.Embrace the fast-paced and dynamic nature of startup culture, adapting to changing priorities and requirements as needed.Participate in code reviews, and provide constructive feedback.Stay informed about emerging technologies and industry trends, integrating new tools and techniques to enhance our development process.

Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.1+ years of experience developing Django applications, preferably in a startup environment.Proficiency in Python programming language and Django framework.Solid understanding of front-end technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript and jQuery.Strong knowledge of relational databases and Django ORM.Familiarity with GitHub and git.Ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment and adapt to evolving priorities.Excellent communication skills and the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred QualificationsPrior experience in a startup or an entrepreneurial environment.Familiarity with AWS.Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks.Passion for learning and personal growth, with a willingness to take on new challenges and responsibilities.
