Senior Java Developer (eCommerce)

Our client are a leading B2B health and safety equipment experts that distribute over 150,000 products and have a workforce of over 1500. Having recently appointed a new CEO they are moving to a high performance culture which is driven by ambition to grow and further improve their sustainability.

As part of this growth, they are undergoing a greenfield Digital Transformation where they will be re-platforming from a Monolith to a highly bespoke Composable Commerce System.

Responsibilities:Design, develop, and implement scalable eCommerce software solutions.Write efficient, clean, and maintainable code using Java and related technologies.Implement and optimise APIs to integrate with various third-party services.

Key Skills:Experience in Back End Development using Java / Spring Boot.Experience with Cloud technologies Azure/AWS.Experience designing and developing API's.Experience working within eCommerce, ideally with any of the following: payment gateways, order management systems, product listing and shopping carts.
