Role DescriptionThis is a remote contract role for a Senior PowerBI Developer. The Senior PowerBI Developer will be responsible for the day-to-day tasks associated with developing and maintaining PowerBI reports and dashboards, data modeling, and implementing various data visualizations. The developer will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, perform data analysis, and ensure data accuracy and integrity.

QualificationsProficiency in Power BI development, including report and dashboard creationStrong understanding of data modeling and data visualization conceptsKnowledge of Data Analysis Expressions (DAX) for creating calculationsFamiliarity with data warehouse conceptsExcellent attention to detail and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and collaboration skillsExperience with SQL for data manipulation and extractionAbility to work independently and as a part of a teamAdaptability to changing business requirementsA bachelor’s degree in computer science, data analytics, or relevant fieldsPower BI certifications are a huge plus
