About the Role:We are looking for a skilled and experienced Lead SharePoint Developer to join our team in Gurgaon or Bangalore. The successful candidate will lead SharePoint development projects and deliver innovative solutions that leverage Power Automate, SPFX, and Azure Functions. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, leadership skills, and the ability to work in a hybrid setup, with 2-3 days on-site per week.
Responsibilities:Lead the design, development, and implementation of SharePoint solutions using Power Automate, SPFX, and Azure Functions.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design innovative solutions that meet business needs.Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers, guiding them in best practices and code quality.Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to development standards and best practices.Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to SharePoint solutions.Manage project timelines and deliver high-quality solutions within agreed deadlines.Stay updated with the latest SharePoint technologies and trends, and recommend improvements to enhance the platform.
Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.7+ years of experience in SharePoint development and related technologies.Expertise in Power Automate, SPFX, and Azure Functions.Strong understanding of SharePoint architecture and customization.Proficient in C#, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.Experience with SharePoint Online and Office 365.Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.Strong communication and collaboration skills.Ability to work in a hybrid setup, with 2-3 days on-site per week.
