About the Role

We are in need of a React Frontend Developer who will be responsible for creating dynamic and responsive web applications using React.js. The role will involve translating design mockups into high-quality code, optimizing components for maximum performance across various devices and browsers, and ensuring a seamless user experience.

Duties and Responsibilities

Develop and maintain web applications using React.jsConvert design wireframes and mockups into high-quality codeEnsure cross-browser compatibility and responsiveness of applicationsOptimize components for maximum performance and scalabilityImplement state management using Redux or similar librariesCollaborate with designers, backend developers, and other stakeholders to ensure project successWrite clean, maintainable, and well-documented codeConduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peersTroubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing applicationsStay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in frontend development and React ecosystemParticipate in Agile/Scrum development processes and contribute to sprint planning and retrospectives

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related fieldProven experience as a Frontend Developer with a focus on React.jsStrong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3Experience with state management libraries such as Redux, MobX, or Context APIFamiliarity with RESTful APIs and asynchronous request handlingUnderstanding of responsive design principles and mobile-first developmentProficiency in using Git for version controlExperience with front-end build tools such as Webpack, Babel, and npmKnowledge of modern authorization mechanisms, such as JSON Web Token (JWT)Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detailExcellent communication and teamwork abilitiesAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneouslyFamiliarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies is a plusExperience with TypeScript is a plusKnowledge of testing frameworks like Jest or Mocha is a plusCan work with a fixed shift schedule (Schedule will be determined by the manager)
