NewGen is seeking an Oracle HCM Cloud Integration Developer to serve as integration expert across the Oracle HCM Cloud suite to develop and implement interfaces within Oracle HCM Cloud to support design, build, test, and deployment.

Responsibilities Include:

Collaborate closely with functional team to understand business requirements and develop data mappings and create interface document design. Develop and Test inbound and outbound interfaces in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC). Execute HCM Cloud data conversion and perform technical data conversion validation/reconciliation for Mock, Dress Rehearsal, and Cutover. Identify, triage, and resolve issues with regards to interfaces, mappings, performance, integration across modules and systems. Advise functional teams and implement best-practices for OIC design, build, deploy, and maintenance.

Required:

Minimum 4+ years OIC Platform experience with at least 2-3 full cycle implementation experience for Oracle HCM Cloud. Strong proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, and XLST functions and various OIC adapters and integration methods (not limited to REST/SOAP/SFTP). Experience with HCM HDLs, BI Publisher and HCM Extract-based integrations. Willingness to upskill and certify in Oracle HCM Cloud modules.
