Overview:We are seeking a talented AI/ML Developer to join our innovative team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in artificial intelligence and machine learning, with experience in developing and deploying scalable AI solutions. As an AI/ML Developer, you will work closely with our data scientists and engineers to build cutting-edge algorithms and models that drive insights and improve business outcomes.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and identify opportunities for AI/ML integration.Design, develop, and implement machine learning algorithms and models to solve complex problems and drive business objectives.Collect, preprocess, and analyze large datasets to extract meaningful insights and features.Experiment with different machine learning techniques and frameworks to optimize model performance and accuracy.Deploy machine learning models into production environments and monitor their performance over time.Conduct thorough testing and validation to ensure the robustness and reliability of AI/ML solutions.Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI/ML technologies and methodologies.Collaborate with data engineers to build scalable data pipelines and infrastructure for AI/ML applications.Work closely with stakeholders to gather feedback and iterate on AI/ML solutions based on real-world use cases.Assist in the documentation of technical specifications, architecture, and deployment procedures.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field (or equivalent work experience). Advanced degree (e.g., MS, PhD) preferred.Proven experience in developing and deploying machine learning models in production environments.Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java.Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms, statistical methods, and data structures.Experience with machine learning libraries and frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn.Familiarity with cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and related services for AI/ML.Solid understanding of software engineering principles and best practices.Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Experience with big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark) is a plus.Knowledge of natural language processing (NLP) or computer vision is a plus.
