Microsoft Power Platform Developer

Overview:We are seeking a skilled and experienced Microsoft Power Platform Developer with a deep understanding of model-driven apps and Dataverse solution frameworks. The ideal candidate will be proficient in leveraging Power Automate and other Power Platform components to develop robust business solutions. They will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and implementing customized applications to meet the organization's unique requirements.

Responsibilities:

Solution Design: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable Power Platform solutions.Development: Design, develop, and customize model-driven apps using Microsoft Power Apps, ensuring high performance and user-friendly interfaces.Data Management: Configure and optimize Dataverse solutions to manage complex data structures efficiently.Integration: Integrate Power Platform solutions with other Microsoft and third-party applications, leveraging Power Automate and APIs.Workflow Automation: Develop automated workflows using Power Automate to streamline business processes and enhance productivity.Customization: Customize and extend standard Power Platform functionalities using custom plugins, connectors, and JavaScript.Testing and Debugging: Conduct thorough testing of developed solutions to ensure reliability, performance, and adherence to requirements. Debug and resolve issues promptly.Documentation: Create comprehensive technical documentation for developed solutions, including design documents, user guides, and training materials.Training and Support: Provide training and support to end-users to ensure effective utilization of Power Platform solutions.Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest Microsoft Power Platform developments, best practices, and trends. Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.Proven experience in developing model-driven apps and solutions using Microsoft Power Platform.Deep understanding of Dataverse solution frameworks and behavior.Proficiency in Power Automate for workflow automation and integration.Strong knowledge of Power Apps formulas, expressions, and customization techniques.Experience with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and RESTful APIs for customization and integration.Familiarity with Microsoft Azure services and cloud technologies.Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.

Preferred Qualifications:

Microsoft Power Platform certifications (e.g., Power Apps Developer Associate, Power Platform Functional Consultant Associate).Experience with Azure DevOps or other version control systems.Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 or other CRM platforms.Experience in Agile development methodologies.
