Job Title: Senior React DeveloperExperience: Total 7+ Yrs (5+ Yrs in React)

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the development of complex front-end applications using React.js and Redux.Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.Architect, design, and implement reusable components and libraries to ensure efficiency and maintainability.Conduct code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and mentor junior developers to foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.Stay updated on emerging technologies and best practices in front-end development to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge.Participate in agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives, to ensure timely delivery of high-quality software.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.Minimum of 7 years of professional experience in front-end development, with a strong focus on React.js and Redux.Proficiency in modern web technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and RESTful APIs.Solid understanding of state management, asynchronous programming, and performance optimization techniques.Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with a passion for writing clean, maintainable code.Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
