We are growing a new ECM Process Engineering team to focus on this new business area which will support our further growth in the Philippines.
About the TeamYou will be joining a pioneer team composed of project managers, business analysts, and technical specialists based in Europe. Successful candidates will be reporting to our project manager based in Germany. This team has high executive management visibility as it opens more opportunities for expansion. We are looking to hire a competent Low-code developer who can participate in document process automation and digitization projects for our clients in Germany.
About the RoleAs a low-code developer who will specialize in developing solutions for an ECM platform, you will play a crucial role in optimizing business processes through analysis and implementation of document-centric workflows. Customizing document metadata capture and workflows involves writing Javascript code to consume proprietary APIs. Your key responsibilities will include:Analyzing business processes for seamless integration into automated workflows.Configuring, administering, migrating, and updating enterprise content management systems to meet customer requirements.Customizing existing document process solutions and ensuring their successful installation and testing.Developing custom forms to capture relevant metadata for documents that need to be stored and indexed in the content management system.Implementing customer projects independently, conducting requirements engineering workshops, and providing regular project updates to stakeholders.Processing customer support cases and inquiries via the ticket system, ensuring timely resolution and clarification.Actively contributing ideas and expertise to enhance company processes, demonstrating motivation, and collaborating effectively as a team player.

Required Experience:Minimum 3 years of proven industry experience as a software developer, software quality assurance analyst, low-code developer, or automation analyst in an IT consulting environment.Comfortable writing and debugging vanilla Javascript code (no framework required).Able to independently learn consumption and usage of proprietary APIs by reading documentation and experimentation.Recent professional experience querying and manipulating data in Relational Database Management Systems (RDBMS) such as SQL Server, MySQL, Postgres, and Oracle using standard SQL.Strong communication and team collaboration skills - both written and verbal, as you will need to communicate and coordinate with stakeholders with a non-technical background.
Preferred QualificationsTo qualify for the top of the salary range, you must have recent professional experience (in the past 90 days) on at least two (2) of the following set of technologies:Project experience developing desktop client or server applications using latest versions of Java EE or Microsoft.NETExperience with Microsoft PowerApps (model-driven apps) or Google AppSheet.Experience as an admin of a no-code / low-code process automation platforms such as Microsoft Power Automate, Zoho Flow, Zapier, Workato, Integromat, Make or n8n.io.Relevant configuration analyst or customization experience in Enterprise Content Management platforms such as OpenText, DocuShare, Alfresco, or ELO ECM Suite.Recent project experience customizing Coda.io, Netsuite, Salesforce, ServiceNow, Freshworks, UiPath, Appian, or OutSystems deployments.Strong in developing complex applications using Microsoft Access and Visual Basic for Applications (VBA)Working knowledge of using Docker containers for local development and deployment.
Work Schedule and LocationThis is a permanent remote role under regular employment in the Philippines. We have flexible 40-hour work weeks and observe core-hours between 3pm PHT until 8pm PHT. You may be assigned to company sponsored travel to Germany for a minimum of 4 to a maximum of 12 contiguous weeks in a year for additional in-person training and business orientation as required by your project assignments.
