Your Impact

This is a Contract-to-hire position: the initial contract for up to 9 month may be converted to permanent position based on performance and project needs.

As a (remote) Sr. Full Stack Developer, you will contribute to the development of our innovative and market-leading clinical development product suite that helps our customers to design, model, and simulate complex innovative clinical trials with the potential to create significant value for sponsors and patients by increasing their probability of success and accelerating time to market.

We are looking for a Sr. Full Stack Developer to produce scalable, dynamic, interactive, and user-friendly software solutions. You’ll be part of a cross-functional team that is responsible for the full software development life cycle, from conception to deployment.

You should be very comfortable in front-end (JavaScript or TypeScript) and back-end (C#) languages, development frameworks (React.js, Angular, Bootstrap, .NET Core), and relational databases (MSSQL Server, PostgreSQL). You should also be a team player with experience mentoring junior developers.

Summary Of Job Responsibilities

Perform hands-on frontend/backend development using C# and .NET Core and front-end technologies, such as Angular or React. Develop modules, maintain design artifacts, and help ensure testability and other applicable non-functional requirementsWork with UX designers and architects to build rich, dynamic, and highly interactive scientific applicationsDesign modules / services / APIs, maintain design artifacts and help ensure testability and other applicable non-functional requirementsEnsure code maintainability, modularity, and high performance by reviewing the implementation regularly and refactoring the code base as neededEnsure high code quality by performing automated unit testing with high code coverage, regular code reviews, and following coding guidelines and good coding practicesTroubleshoot and debug software ensuring high quality deliverablesEstimate and plan own work and deliver as per the planPrepare all necessary design, code, and other technical documentationMentor junior developers on best coding practices ensuring quality of their deliverablesFollow all SOPs, face process audits, and address any findings in a timely mannerAnalyze level 2/3 technical support queries and ensure a quick turnaround on such queriesMake technical presentations at internal / external forums, learn about emerging trends / methodologies / technologies and share knowledge with others in the teamExperience with indicate React.js AND Angular required

Qualifications, Skills And Experience

Bachelor's degree in computer science (or equivalent) with 7 years of experience (Master's is preferred)7+ years of proven experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role with a total development experience Strong hands-on experience of developing complex, multi-tenant web applications (SaaS development experience)Strong experience with object oriented modeling / software modeling (domain driven design preferred) Strong experience with C#, .NET Core, API design and implementationGood understanding of databases (e.g. PostgreSQL, SQL Server), web servers (e.g. Apache), and UI/UX designProficiency with programming in React.js and Angular 6 (or later)Knowledge of source control & versioning tools like BitBucket, Git, etc.Proficiency with unit testingExperience mentoring junior team members effectively on architecture and coding Experience of working in Agile teams and knowledge of frameworks like ScrumExcellent verbal and written English communication skillsExcellent interpersonal skills and collaborative mindset

Optional Skills And Experience (preferred But Not Mandatory)

Comfortable with front-end languages and libraries (e.g. HTML/ CSS, JavaScript (ES6))Experience working with R code and/or PythonExperience with Entity Framework Core ORMExperience of developing applications for Microsoft AzureKnowledge of tools used for code profiling, detecting memory leaks and overruns, and static code analysisFamiliarity with project management & collaboration tools like Jira, Confluence, MS Teams, etc.
