We are actively seeking a Tableau Developer to join our Data Visualisation team to work remotely in Romania.

We will require the successful candidate to work 10.30am - 7.00pm 3 days per week and 8.30am - 5.00pm 2 days a week

Role Purpose

As a Tableau Developer, you will work with the Data Visualisation Team to bring support for creation and maintenance of data visualisation dashboards in Kynetec. The role will predominately involve the developments of dashboards in Tableau or similar BI tools, as well as data preparation tasks. It also requires participation in the maintenance and update of our existing dashboards.The role requires design skills with Tableau data visualization techniques, basic skills in data manipulation using tools such as SQL Server as well as creating an excellent user experience for dashboard consumers.

Job DescriptionMaintenance / updating of existing dashboards. The focus will be on a selection of recently developed dashboards in the Sustainability AreaDevelop new dashboardsCommunicate with internal stakeholders to understand:-Specific needs related to designing of new dashboards-How dashboards are used and potentially how dashboards can be improvedParticipate in the development of new data modelsHave a strong desire to learn and develop data visualization skills to a high standardWork across all areas of the business, mainly in animal health and agriculture crop protection syndicated research studies as well as custom projectsShare experience of Tableau developments with the teamEnsure data sources are created following guidelines to ensure consistency across multiple projectsBe proactive in suggesting improvements for data processes or dashboard designDemonstrate responsibility for seeing projects through to completion to a higher degree of quality

Skills requiredGraduate in Agronomy, Agricultural Economy, Agricultural Production Technician, Statistics, Economy, Data Analytics or similarTableau Desktop - 3 years of Tableau development experiencePreference will be given to candidates with Tableau certification (professional or associate)Basic SQLAny other data manipulation tool (Python, R Studio) is a plusCapability to manage different tasks and work with deadlinesWill be desirable having knowledge in the agricultural market and previous experience in data analysisProfessional level English - written and spokenIntermediate MS office - Excel and PowerPoint
