Description: We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Dynamics Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in configuring, customizing, maintaining, and supporting Dynamics 365 on-premise and online environments, as well as a strong background in developing solutions across the Microsoft Power Platform. Job Description:As a Senior Dynamics Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, implementing, and maintaining solutions within the Dynamics 365 ecosystem. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable and efficient solutions. Additionally, you will leverage your expertise in the Microsoft Power Platform to build integrated solutions that streamline business processes and drive productivity. Key Responsibilities:- Configure, customize, maintain, and support Dynamics 365 on-premise and online environments- Lead migration efforts from on-premise Dynamics 365 to the online platform- Develop and implement solutions using the Power Platform, including PowerApps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse- Utilize your proficiency in the Microsoft .NET framework, particularly C#, to extend the functionality of Dynamics 365 and integrate with other systems- Design and optimize Microsoft SQL Server databases to support Dynamics 365 solutions- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and design technical solutions that meet business needs- Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders through clear and concise oral and written communication- Work collaboratively in a team environment, sharing knowledge and best practices to drive continuous improvement Desirable Requirements:- Additional Microsoft Certifications in relevant technologies.- Experience integrating Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Power BI, Azure, and SharePoint with various applications and tools. Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field- Certified and proficient in configuring, customizing, maintaining, and supporting Dynamics 365 on-premise and online environments- 5+ years of professional working experience developing and implementing solutions in Dynamics 365- 5+ years of professional working experience developing and implementing solutions in the Microsoft Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse, etc.)- 5+ years of professional working experience with the Microsoft .NET framework, including proficiency in C#- 5+ years of professional working experience with Microsoft SQL Server database- 5+ years of professional working experience with Microsoft Office 365, including SharePoint online and Power Platform- Excellent oral and written communication skills- Strong team player with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
