.NET developer with Angular

We are looking for a senior full stack .NET developer with Angular for a large American insurance company.

The work is fully remote and in the CET time zone.

A general insurance company based in downtown San Diego. They were recently acquired by Howden Group, a company with more than 10,000 employees. They are building a platform to provide and sell insurance online without the involvement of agents. This project will be very interesting from a technical point of view, as it will move the architecture to a pure cloud model on the latest technology stack.

In this project you will have a big influence on the architecture and technical direction and you will work with a lot talented individuals. You will have many opportunities to grow to work on other important projects and possibly lead the teams that we will build in the near future.

It's a greenfield project that started a year ago and is moving forward with new features, so most of the work is related to building new components, less to maintenance, bugs, etc. The system is so-called event driven.

Backend: We use mostly .NET 7, EF Core and also CosmosClient (it's for CosmosDB in Azure), Azure (CosmosDB, AppServices, Functions, ServiceBus, KeyVault), Docker.

Frontend: Angular 15, NX (monorepo), NGRX, jest

The team consists of 2 back-end developers, 2 front-end developers, 1 SDIT, operating from Europe with management and product owners based in the US (East and West coast). Stand-up is at 4.30 pm CET. Work 100% in CET.
